At Aiither, we strive to make sure you have the best experience. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are odd times.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation, Refunds and exchange policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order or seek refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem.
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Aiither” refer to Anantaa GSK iTechnology Pvt Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
- In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Return and Refund
- Returns will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects. The product/s must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged. The maximum allowed time to raise a return request is within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
How to Initiate the Return Process?
- Customers should contact Aiither customer support via email aiithercare@agskipl.com or call us on our customer care number +91 -885 121 5551 within 48 hours from the receipt of the product.
- Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Aiither about the same.
- The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in packed condition. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is opened & used by the customer.
- Provide the invoice into the package for the return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
NOTE: We would not be able to process any request after 2 days from the date of receipt of the product. Shipping cost and COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
The refund would be initiated only after getting a confirmation from our Quality Assurance team (QA), that the product has been sent back without any damages or discrepancies.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made.
In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of Aiither.
Exchange Policy
- Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can raise your exchange request through aiithercare@agskipl.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 24 – 48 hours if the request is accepted.
- If the request is accepted, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of up to 200 INR would be given to you as store credit for reverse shipping.
- Exchange is not possible if the product is broken/tempered.
Disclaimer –
- The exchange/ return facility can be availed only once.
- Products purchased using a discount code are not eligible for a refund. They can only be exchanged at additional shipping costs of INR 150. One can also opt for a credit voucher after adjusting shipping costs of INR 150.
- Products on sale under any scheme or discount are not eligible for a refund.
